Martin Abonyi
Creative Director

Role in business
Overseeing all creative activity, scheduling and ensuring smooth flow of work.
What I like about the role
I enjoy working on campaigns that make a fundamental difference to our clients business. It’s satisfying, individually and collectively, when a client is really pleased with our work and can see the benefits in our working relationship.
Family and Interests
I’m married to Clare and we have a 4 year old son, Joseph. Most of my spare time is centred around my family, when I get time to myself I’m usually riding my bike, going fishing or playing drums in my band. My interesting fact is that my band once claimed the single of the week with our first release on Channel 4’s teletext, beating the likes of Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Jennifer Ellison!! With our 41/2 out of 5 score.

Craig Birch
Client Services Director

Role in business
Clearly understanding clients needs and working with them to ensure their marketing is successful.
What I like about the role
I love being able to make recommendations that make a fundamental difference to people’s businesses. I love to think about how we meet objectives and drive peoples business forward. It’s definitely about working with people for me and the variety I get from the role with no two days ever being the same.
Family and Interests
I’m married to Tina and we have a little girl Millie Grace Birch (nearly 3 going on 30) and a little tearaway Daniel Charlie Birch (8 months and into everything). Spare time? What’s that? For me its spending time with the family, socialising and after some prompting hitting the hills on my bike (down to Martin that one!). I’m chairman for Higher Rhythm recording studios in Doncaster and passionate about mentoring other entrepreneurs. Given the chance I would start drumming again but nowadays my kit is gathering dust in the loft. My interesting fact is that I got engaged to Tina whilst free diving with 12 sharks averaging 10ft in length.

Family and Interests
I’m married to Mark and we are proud parents to 8 year old Holly. Most of my spare time involves ferrying Holly from one social appointment to another! In my other life I am a Consultant for Virgin Vie At Home and enjoy doing bridal makeovers. Given the chance of my own social life I enjoy the odd glass of wine with my husband Mark and catching up friends and family! My interesting fact is that I once gave Richard Branson a kiss and he asked for another!!
